I scheduled a 10:00 AM appointment for a wheel alignment and took a half-day off work to bring my vehicle in. I arrived on time, only to sit in the waiting room for over an hour. After all that wait, the person running the front—who I suspect was the manager—casually told me they couldn't perform the service today and told me to make another appointment. If a shop is backed up or equipment is down, that needs to be communicated immediately when the customer walks in. Wasting my taken time off work and an hour of my morning before turning me away with zero service is completely unprofessional. I will betaking my business elsewhere."

Had my tires aligned. They were done on time, waiting room nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. If they are good enough for the Sheriff and Highway Patrol they are certified enough for me.

Zack was incredibly helpful! He got us two new specialty tires for our rental car the same day, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The team was honest, efficient, and great to work with. Highly recommend this shop!

Zach, Alex, and the rest of the team are such an efficient and easy going group of guys. They get repairs done quickly and always diagnose all my issues correctly. I had a subframe issue for the better part of a few years no other shops could diagnose and Alex managed to let me know about it within an hour of looking at the car. Parts are affordable and service is always top notch! Will be going here for all of my future repairs and alignment needs.

This is the best mechanics I’ve encountered. They gave me hope after I had a small accident in the rain were I broke my cars axel, it was considered totaled, I was told to fix it would cost even more than I bought my car and it’s not worth it. I was connected to this company by a supporting friend and they took on the task with grace and fixed my car perfectly well, and their pricing is very affordable. The staff that I spoke with on the phone was so kind, well spoken, patient and professional. I felt welcomed and supported i am so incredibly thankful for their service and I am now a lifelong customer to this Mechanics I highly recommend 10/10!!!

After a long weekend from Disney to visiting family, we had a little accident on the road where we hit a rip tire, and it grab something on the bottom of our car. We thought our whole trip was about to become a disaster, and we were beyond stressed and worried. Then we came over to Santa Clara tire and alignment. And Zach was our night and shining armor. Help does by bringing the car into the shop. Took a look at. It came back a few minutes later, and the problem was resolved. Beyond grateful to this company, great people, high integrity. Thank you so much, and thank you for keeping it easy for us.
